MY TOS IS A FORMAL AGREEMENT, THAT YOU AGREE WITH AUTOMATICALLY WHEN COMMISSIONING. FAILURE ON YOUR PART TO READ THROUGH MY TOS CAREFULLY, AND THOROUGHLY IS ON YOU, AND NOT ME.
ORDERING PROCESS!!I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO DO A COMMISSION WITH AND WITHOUT REASONING-You may DM me for a commission inquiry, but please be sure to have the payment ON HAND! Do not lead me on, or DM me about how you wish to commission me but you don't have the funds.My prices are there for you to see.- I will reply to your order via private message as soon as I can. And if approved I will send you my PayPal, The Voucher or Cashapp for payment.- Please provide me with as much detail as possible for your commission before I start it! If there are any changes to the sketch, I will be happy to oblige, but I will be limiting them to only 2 changes for commissions that aren't chibis, icons, squeebies, or bust! Any extra changes or back-and-forth decisions will be a $5 fee.- You should receive a WIP (work in progress) to approve before the completion of your commission.- Completed commissions will be delivered via direct deliveries through Discord, Toyhouse or Email.- Be sure to SAVE YOUR COMPLETED COMMISSIONED ARTWORK!-If you notice something small that is wrong with your commission feel free to alter yourself or Look at RevisonsPAYMENT
- I only accept payment through PayPal, Vouchers and Cash App!
- I must receive payment in full or 50% BEFORE finalized Sketch.
- I only accept USD (United States Dollars).
- I do NOT accept checks, or snail mail or anything outside of the things I have listed.
- All sales are final once a sketch has been received. (See Refunds Section for more)
- Tips are always welcome and appreciated!
- Never send payment without my approval because it will be considered a tip or donation and you will not be refunded!PRICING
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Only the artist can be worth their art. Arguing my pricing will get you nowhere but it will get you blocked.
- I may also charge more for your commission if you have an overly complex character or the details in a background or difficulty of the thing I'm drawing.
- FINAL PRICE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AFTER FINAL SKETCH.ETAS/TAT
- ETAs are estimates, not guarantees. TAT’s are more exact after i figured out my schedule.
- Estimated time for commission completion depends on my current queue or if I have a large project going on at the time.
- Delays happen. (Technical difficulties, mental or physical health, finances, etc.) Look out for my "UPDATES" on my Trello. Either way, I do communicate to my commissioners about any delays beforehand!
-If you are unresponsive, unavailable, or taking too long with a commission, your spot will be skipped in line and I will work on other commissions. I will not accept backing up my queue, and having others waiting for you to be finished!
- The quickest way to get a commission is to pay a rush fee of $15-100$. I only take TWO rush commissions in my queue to keep it fair and the rush fee may increase depending on the size of the comm.REVISIONS
- It is your responsibility to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission upon your commissioning me. I will of course ask questions if I feel I need more information but know that this is your responsibility to inform me accordingly.- If you failed to inform me of a mistake or change to your commission after finishing will result in a fee depending on the size of the revision.- You must pay me for any big changes in a piece, you only get small free changes (Missing earrings, small accessories, markings, ect) , but I may not always be willing to accept them without compensation. (This includes custom designs)- If you are unhappy with my interpretation of what you described, you may be given a chance to clarify EXACTLY what you want. After that, it will be considered another change.- You are allowed to slightly edit my artwork if you see anything that needs SLIGHT editing! Just ask me-I will not allow style changing (besides the semi realism fee). You are commissioning me for MY STYLE, do not ask me to change or remove something that goes against it. If you are unhappy with what you received, If the sketch isn't complete, you'll be sent to another artist.REFUNDS
- Remember that all sales are final once the sketch has been received and approved.
I may, however, refund you if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason on my end.-If you file a chargeback, I will put your socials out on an artist beware, and it will stay up to warn other artists even if it's been settled. You will be blacklisted from ever purchasing anything from me, and blocked on all of my socials.- You can cancel your commission before payment is sent or before a sketch is approved.- If you are being uncooperative, I may wish to give you a partial refund(75% before sketch approval) and may no longer wish to work with you.- If you ask for a refund because you are suddenly scared you are being ripped off because another artist did that to you before, that is unfair, and rude and I may no longer wish to work for you. And you still probably won't get the refund. So if you are not an understanding or patient person, please look elsewhere.USE OF ARTWORK
- Do not redistribute, claim, copy, trace, edit, or use my artwork in any way.
- My artwork is copyrighted to me. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission!
-Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may re-upload the work with credit.
The commissioner may also, if desired, use the work as part of a ref or crop it for an icon.- You are not allowed to edit my art in any way without my permission!
- You must always credit me when re-posting, slightly altering or using any of my art!
- You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement. I will seek retribution if you fail to abide by this rule.
- I am allowed to sell prints or other merchandise of any artwork I create if I so choose unless you state otherwise before commissioning me or requested a private commission.
-If you use my art for commercial use, you owe me part of what you made from my work.
-DONT EVER USE MY ART TO FEED AI OR REPOST AND PASS IT OFF AS YOURSCUSTOM DESIGNS AND COMMERCIAL USE-Custom characters cannot be used for Commercial used unless explicitly told/paid for.
-Custom characters can be changed as the sketch goes along without an extra fee.-Commercial use of my art and designs will be discussed privately please don't be shy! -Some artwork I do NOT allow to be used for commercial use.-I do accept comms for Logos, Website designs (Using Carrd), Mascot designs, and Concepts but you'll need to get in touch with me for those speciality comms.

Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in you being added to my permablacklist.
